Spiritual Alchemy

 Spiritual Alchemy is the art of turning life’s heaviness into light. It is the practice of transmuting fear, grief, shame, and anger into wisdom, strength, peace, and joy. It’s not about pretending pain doesn’t exist — it’s about using pain as the fire that forges you into something new. For me, it has been the lifelong path of transforming betrayal into trust, trauma into freedom, and silence into voice. I call this alchemy because it is the process of taking what feels like “base metal” — the hardest, heaviest parts of life — and refining it into gold - wisdom, joy and bliss - lightness.

Ancient alchemical writings describe seven stages of transformation. Over the years, I have walked through each of them, sometimes several times a day:

1. Calcination – Burning away illusions, worldly attachments, and limiting beliefs. 
2. Dissolution – Releasing repressed emotions, softening the grip of the ego. 
3. Separation – Distinguishing the truth of who you are from the roles you’ve been given. 
4. Conjunction – Reuniting the parts of yourself that felt divided; body and soul, heart and mind. 
5. Fermentation – The death of the old self and the first breath of the new; despair giving way to renewal. 
6. Distillation – Refining and clarifying the essence of your being. 
7. Coagulation – Embodying wholeness, grounded and guided by the union of spirit and flesh.  

This process does not happen in a single moment. Sometimes it takes a lifetime. Sometimes it takes many. But each step brings us closer to the flow of divine love — what I call “living gold.”  

When we meet, we have a conversation of what you want.  I reflect back what I sense, sometimes in language that may sound uncannily like a loved one, or like the voice you’ve been waiting to hear. My role is not to tell you who you are, but to offer a new perspective — one you can try on like a coat, deciding for yourself whether it fits.Sessions may include:

• Qigong-inspired movement to restore flow in the body. 
• Prayerful intention and breathwork to release what weighs you down. 
• Energy healing and gentle touch (hands-on or hands-off) to open the channels of peace and renewal. 
• Sacred listening and reflection — so you hear your own truth more clearly.  

Healing happens through me, not by me. I am simply a mirror, a witness. Your openness, your willingness, is what completes the work.  

Habits are only habits until you notice them — then they become choices. Spiritual Alchemy is the art of noticing, choosing, and transforming.It is about:

• Reclaiming your birthright of joy. 
• Learning what true love feels like — and how to accept it. 
• Allowing your relationships to heal and deepen naturally. 
• Aligning your desires with your soul’s highest good. 
• Letting go of pain at the pace you are ready for.  

I offer you my truth — born from a lifetime of walking through fire and choosing to rise from the ashes. But your healing is always your own. My role is to help you see the gold already hidden inside you. 

My own journey through Spiritual Alchemy was not graceful. It was messy, raw, and often excruciatingly painful. There were moments I thought I wouldn’t make it through. But every stage stripped away something that wasn’t truly me, until I could finally see the strength, creativity, and love that was always there beneath the ashes.That is why I do this work. Because I know what it feels like to be broken — and I also know the miracle of being made whole. It is my honor to walk beside you, not as someone who has all the answers, but as someone who has walked the road and found light on the other side.
