I work with qi (life force energy) by directing it through my hands. I "warm up" by moving energy through my own body first — often waving my hands in a flapping motion that looks odd but works. Then I allow energy to flow to your body through intention and fingertips, typically working from outer extremities inward so discharged energy has a clear exit path.
