I am a woman shaped by fire, softened by love, guided by horses, and devoted to helping others remember who they are. If you feel called here, it is because part of you is ready—ready to release what no longer serves and reclaim the freedom that has always been your birthright.
I am a skeptic who needs science to back up everything I do. Quantum mechanics is at the heart of energy work.
I offer a warm welcoming smile, hugs—if you want one, advice you wish your mother would have told you in a non-judgmental way, and healing through the grand transport of painful reminders out of your body. We can call these reminders "energetic blockages." We can also call them "entities" for fun because, who doesn't like a good exorcism? Muh ha ha. Oh relax. It feels amazing.
The Heart of Energy Awareness
Energy as a Multi-Dimentional Force of Creation
As we can see from the above diagram, emotions place energy in specific areas of the body. Blocked energetic pathways can keep these emotions from dissipating. Grief, Fear, Anger, Shame, betrayal, will start to accumulate and become a structure we call dis-ease. An energetic signature can be measured in wavelength, frequency and vibration. With energy healing, the structures formed can instantly return to their natural flow state. Kind of like a balloon suddenly deflating.

What I Offer
As a Spiritual Energy Healer and Medium, I listen to the body and translate the language of the heaviness it carries and help you allow that heaviness to leave.
You and I are collaborators. I work with a combination of Qigong, Reiki, Quantum Healing, and Spiritual Healing techniques. Healing is done through me, not by me. As sessions unfold, I listen to your body, and we discuss what comes up as needed.
You choose how much to release. Even trying begins to let the light in.
How I Got Here
I spent decades disconnected from my own power—until I discovered Qigong through Tim Arculli of Outer Limits System. That first class changed everything. Qigong became my outlet and my highest calling. The credentials came later, but the paper isn't the story. The story is rising from where I was to become exactly what I had always admired.
Here I am.
