The Sound of Remembering
Hi! My name is Jeremy Kirstein. I'm a certified Crystal Alchemy Sound Healing Practitioner and Energy Codes Facilitator. I help facilitate the body's natural ability to heal through sound vibration and techniques grounded in BioEnergetics and Quantum Science.
One of the most powerful tools I teach is conscious breathing—the single most transformational practice available to us. Most people never pay attention to how they breathe. It's automatic, something we've done our whole lives without real awareness. But where we breathe matters profoundly.
Most of us breathe in our upper chest, which activates the sympathetic nervous system and keeps us in a constant state of fight-or-flight. When we shift our breath to the lower belly, we activate the parasympathetic nervous system—responsible for relaxation, safety, healing, and lowering blood pressure.
When I work with people using Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls combined with breathwork, they begin to feel better almost immediately. Many start resolving emotional, mental, and physical issues that may have been with them since birth.
My Philosophy
I remember the moment I first experienced the power of sound vibration. I was listening to a 20-minute crystal singing bowl session with my eyes closed. Within seconds of hearing those deep, soothing tones, my body felt like it was vibrating. I tried to concentrate on the sounds, but my mind simply let go.
The next thing I remember was hearing a voice in the most gentle tone telling me I was safe—as clear as if someone were in the room with me. In that moment, I felt something rise from a deep place within me, as if it had been hiding there for years. A wave of immense peace and calm swept over me, and tears filled my eyes. I sat there crying for the rest of the session. It was one of the most cathartic moments of my life. Afterwards, I felt like a weight had been lifted, and my life has never been the same. That's when I truly understood the power of crystal alchemy sound. That was the beginning of my journey to discover my life's purpose: bringing this healing power to as many people as I can.
The second experience that absolutely altered my life was learning the power of conscious breathing. Breathing in the lower belly changed my life in ways that still fill me with awe. Something so simple, yet so powerful, became the key to transformation—for me and for countless others I've worked with.
For 30 years, I struggled with anxiety, panic disorder, overwhelm, depression, addictions, and anger. I'd had so many panic attacks I lost count—and if you've ever experienced one, you know how terrifying they can be. I tried many coping mechanisms over the years and felt absolutely miserable. Underneath it all were feelings of insecurity, fear, guilt, worthlessness, and inadequacy. At one point, I'd accepted that this was just how my life would be until I died. There were many times I wanted to give up.
Then I began applying the practices from The Energy Codes: The 7 Step System to Awaken Your Spirit, Heal Your Body, and Live Your Best Life, and my life started to change rapidly. I felt happier, more alive, with a deep sense of well-being and ease. My confidence and inner security grew to levels I'd never experienced. Addictions fell away almost as if by magic. The changes were so dramatic that I quit my job of 20 years in the resurfacing industry and dedicated my life to studying and embodying Quantum Science, BioEnergetics, and Sound Healing.
When sound vibration and breathwork entered my life, everything changed. I healed myself of anxiety, panic disorder, depression, addictions, heartburn, acid reflux, digestive issues, spinal problems, sciatica, prostate issues, and more—all without medication. I now live a life full of energy, vitality, ease, joy, and well-being.
My mission is to empower others to experience life this way too—the way life is supposed to be lived. Our life experience is about leading us back to the truth of what we are: whole, powerful beings meant to enjoy this journey. Allow me to help make this a reality for you.

Crystal Alchemy Sound Healing
I received my certification from The Sacred Science of Sound under the training of Jeralyn Glass, an internationally known singer whose career began on Broadway and took her to opera and concert stages around the world. She is a Professor of Voice, meditation teacher, Sound Healing Practitioner, and Crystal Singing Bowl Master Alchemist.
Jeralyn founded Crystal Cadence, home of the Los Angeles Crystal Tones Singing Bowl Temple—one of the largest displays of crystal alchemy bowls in the world and provider of top-rated sound healing trainings globally. She has performed her high vibrational music alongside luminaries including Marianne Williamson, Gregg Braden, Dr. Bruce Lipton, Dr. Joe Dispenza, Anita Moorjani, Barbara Marx Hubbard, Lee Harris, Maria Shriver, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, and Kobe Bryant.

I received my certification from The Morter Institute for Bio-Energetics under the training of Dr. Sue Morter, bestselling author of The Energy Codes: The 7 Step System to Awaken Your Spirit, Heal Your Body, and Live Your Best Life. She is a renowned international speaker, Master of Bio-Energetic Theory, and Quantum Field Visionary.
