Laura and Jeremy guide you through breathwork and provide an introduction to qi gong energy healing. We set an intention — peace, freedom, relaxation — or you can create your own. To experience the benefits of our energy healing sessions, choose a comfortable position on a yoga mat. Jeremy is a professionally trained practitioner in sound healing with crystal alchemy singing bowls, while Laura flows healing energy through reiki techniques. Most people find themselves drifting off to sleep, reporting feelings of deep relaxation, lightness, and clarity afterward. Our sessions last 60–120 minutes.
