A sound healing "bath" greatly reduces the symptoms associated with stress, anxiety, and processing grief. You lie down, close your eyes, and let go as the pristine sound massages you. This experience allows you to enjoy a calmer nervous system, a quieter mind, and a body that can finally exhale.
These are not your mama’s crystal bowls; they are so much less. Most glass gets help: soda, lime, boron, fluxes added so silica will melt at a lower temperature and move in a fire people can manage. Crystal Tones® bowls skip the shortcut. They start from the purest SiO₂ in the world, the same quartz used to make semiconductors and take the hottest fire to form. Quite the glass to drink from every single day. In that heat, the original crystalline structure becomes completely disordered, and it keeps only itself. Everything else stays with Mama. Then the alchemy is added on purpose: precious metals and stones, their properties stated with each bowl. With almost nothing inside to dampen it, the sound rings long and clean. Pristine delivery. I truly believe Crystal Tones® bowls are born and bred from the millions-of-years-old quartz of Spruce Pine, North Carolina. Like a relic coming back to life.

Jeremy includes teaching breathing techniques that have been around since before humans.
If you breathe up in your chest, you are in high tension, if you are breathing into your belly, you are in low tension. These both are easily breakable habits depending on your emotion.
One session and you will never forget what you learned, It is simply your choice to continue with that old habit.
Jeremy will help walk you through what it feels like to come back into balance through a meditation technique of letting go through collective intention for our highest good that will be amplified by the bowls.
As he speaks, you will get to release whatever comes up into the flow by simply considering the "directions" said in the words to meditate upon. His favorite intention is called the "Prayer of Forgiveness." Or, you can have your own.
Contact us when you are ready for your next lesson in life. This is when we ask for a lesson that feels better than the last one.
