Sound is one of the oldest forms of therapy known to mankind. The Aboriginal people of Australia used it to heal muscle tears, broken bones, and illnesses some 40,000 years ago.
Each of us vibrates on every level—from muscle tensions to the micro-electrical pulses of our nervous system. Every thought, feeling, organ, and body part has a vibration, including illness itself. When our vibrations harmonize, we experience health. When they lack harmony, we experience disease.

What is Energy Healing
